Are you an experienced, and delivery focused senior recruiter from a Comms Agency or similar agency background, able to start a 6 month ftc role within the next few weeks?

Handle are working with a global agency who have the need to bring in a TA Partner asap. The role will sit as a key part of a small, highly collaborative People team, taking ownership of all things recruitment with the support of a TA Coordinator. The remit is a real blend of hands on recruitment and project work, managing the full recruitment process, working closely with the business on a range of recruitment needs across global offices. Business partnering is key, you will work with leaders up to C-Suite level and be comfortable flexing from managing senior hires through to more entry level positions.

Outside of delivering on hiring, you will also have scope to work on projects, looking at areas such as their ATS (which is relatively new), DEI, Internships, and generally spotting gaps and looking to continuously improve the function.

The business is keen to find someone who can work in person in their offices in central London, ideally 4 days there and 1 at home.
