A leading creative business is looking for a new HR Manager to join their team on a 12m FTC to start as soon as possible.
This is a global company going through a period of growth, where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR function, reporting into a HR Director, and developing a small team of junior HR and Talent professionals. It’s very hands-on, covering everything from policy and process management, supporting on benefits and reward to leading on ER, change, and talent management. The role will suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is not afraid to get stuck in wherever needed!
The ideal candidate will thrive in buzzy, fast-paced environments and have demonstrated experience working in an SME business. Your approach will be agile, with a real passion for delivering People-focused initiatives that suit a busy and passionate team.
