Amazing opportunity for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join a growing global creative business on a 12 month FTC basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and enhance HR operations across multiple regions including EMEA and APAC.
Ideal candidates will come armed with a strong background in a Workday HRIS implementation and configuration, particularly in Payroll, Core HR, and Benefits modules, ready to step into something very autonomous and with a high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Payroll and related modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday configuration issues while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Create reports and analytics to support payroll and HR operations.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
You'll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and navigate the business in order to make the required impact. You'll have a very agile and flexible approach and a can-do attitude!
This role is based in London. This is an FTC contract! Hybrid working - 3 days in the office.
