A growing architecture studio is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their expanding HR team. It’s a newly created role, focused on supporting and strengthening all things People Operations for c 80ppl.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and creative candidate who already has strong HR admin skills, including some office support experience. Someone who enjoys event organisation and is happy to be hands‑on in a small team where people wear multiple hats.
You’ll be the go‑to for day‑to‑day HR operations, confident with the full employee lifecycle, and comfortable working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ HR experience, looking to build on their skills and take real ownership in a fast‑paced, creative environment. It’s a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive and engaging, someone who can prioritise tasks effectively and help ensure the smooth running of both the office and HR functions.
Strong communication is key, along with a warm and approachable nature, you’ll be the first point of contact for the business. This role is hybrid, 3 days in their London studio.
