Handle are working with a leading Creative organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their People and Development Team.

Reporting into the Director of HR and working alongside one other HR Business Partner you will act as an advisor to managers in the business; providing support and guidance through people processes and complex employee relations cases, ensuring these are delivered at high and best practice standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering a progressive people agenda for the company.

The ideal candidate will be a solid Generalist with at least 2 years’ HR Manager/BP experience. This is a true generalist role in which you will get involved in everything

There is a lot of involvement with adding values e.g. mental health and wellbeing, D&I, training, workshops etc. They have a lot of autonomy there to implement new ideas and initiatives and take ownership of projects/areas.
