An incredibly exciting and fulfilling opportunity to work in the live music events industry for established annual music events.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing long-term marketing strategy for the events/festivals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on the development of event/festival launch campaigns whilst working closely with the wider team to ensure festival artwork is approved and promotional activities with artists are maximised
- Reviewing and approving all marketing campaign plans as well as key marketing assets
- Working closely with the festival leads to drive ticket and ancillary revenues
- Leading on our long-term content, social and influencer strategies across events/festivals
- Setting CRM strategy to support revenue goals and help understand the customers better
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previously worked in a senior level marketing position within the events sector
- Experience of strategising, managing and implementing marketing activity for a music or music events brand. Including creating, delivering and monitoring campaigns across all marketing channels
- Experience of managing and developing junior level marketing team members
- Experience of recording and reporting on marketing campaigns, adjusting the execution where needed
- Experience and confidence in working with and managing various external suppliers including agencies and press
