Job Title: Junior Accounts- Bookkeeper
Location: West End, London (flexible working available)

If you have recently graduated in Accounting and Finance and have a minimum 6 months accounting experience and want to contribute to a vibrant production environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Data Entry: Input financial transactions into accounting software with precision.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and track expenses.
- Invoice Management: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.
- Expense Reporting: Assist in compiling and organizing expense reports.
- Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
