FP&A Manager – Leading Sports & Media Agency
A dynamic and fast-growing Sports and Media agency is seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join its UK & Europe finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and driving performance across multiple entities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner to senior UK & Europe leadership, including the Virtual CCO and CTO.
- Leading the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process across the region.
- Supporting the UK & Europe Financial Controller with monthly performance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Delivering regular and insightful customer and headcount reporting.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of long-term financial forecasts.
- Taking ownership of investment case models and tracking KPIs against original assumptions.
- Supporting cash flow forecasting in collaboration with the UK & Europe FC to ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts.
- Managing the capital expenditure (CapEx) forecasting process.
- Assisting the Head of FP&A and Group FC with system improvement initiatives, particularly around automation of reporting.
- Providing ad hoc financial analysis and support to the Global Head of FP&A and Group CFO.
