We are currently working with a global entertainment brand, seeking a Creative Operations Asset Coordinator to join the EMEA Creative Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and has a sharp eye for detail. The purpose of this role is to support high-impact marketing campaigns across EMEA, ensuring assets are delivered smoothly, on time, and on brand.
Candidates must have relevant experience for this role and should be able to demonstrate a background in asset management and post production.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the central London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of AV and design marketing assets across multiple EMEA campaigns
- Maintaining and tracking marketing assets through localisation and distribution workflows
- Acting as a key liaison between global, regional, and UK teams for asset delivery and localisation needs
- Preparing and updating project schedules using platforms like Airtable
- Distributing and managing assets via Digital Asset Management systems
- Sourcing and sharing creative materials (e.g. trailers, key art, etc.) for internal teams and agency partners
- Ensuring technical quality and readiness of materials for market-specific usage
- Keeping EMEA stakeholders informed on project progress and coordinating with creative & production teams to maintain seamless asset flow
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a media/entertainment or asset management environment
- Solid grasp of video, audio, & print formats, accompanied with an understanding of media post-production workflows
- Experience working in direct-to-consumer or digital streaming contexts
- Proficiency with DAM systems (e.g. AEM), Mac & PC environments, and tools like Airtable
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
