A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Creative Ops Manager to join this much-loved global broadcaster for an initial 3-month contract.
This will be office based 4 days a week with 1-day WFH.
The role will involve managing the channels creative marketing campaigns for the EMEA region. This role requires exceptional communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to plan and organise projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Regional, EMEA local market, and US teams for EMEA Originals.
Campaign Workflow Oversight: Supervise in-service and off-service campaign workflows, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Communication Management: Facilitate clear and efficient communication among stakeholders, including Brief Owners, Creatives, and Approvers (e.g., Originals/legal/compliance).
Project Status Monitoring: Lead status meetings, identify potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and adapt plans as needed.
Quality Assurance: Ensure technical specifications and standards are met at every stage of the project.
Support Coordination: Assist the creative ops coordinator in managing workstream settings across EMEA Originals.
Status Reporting: Provide weekly updates on campaign timelines and priorities to key stakeholders.
Streamlined Approvals: Manage and filter creative pipelines from local markets, facilitating smooth approval processes.
Brand Standards: Uphold channel Brand guidelines across all Originals workstreams.
Workflow Optimisation: Oversee end-to-end workflow management, implementing tools and processes for seamless execution.
Documentation and Training: Maintain and update the EMEA Originals handbook, tools, workflows, and guides; onboard new team members.
Database Maintenance: Manage the EMEA Originals AirTable base.
Best Practices: Develop and maintain workflows, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Meeting Contributions: Attend campaign briefings, project meetings, and bi-weekly marketing calls, providing updates and insights.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes.
Miscellaneous Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a media/entertainment marketing operations role.
Proven experience at the supervisory level, ideally within a multi-territory production environment.
Familiarity with project management and creative/operational production processes.
Experience with creative localisation workflows and schedules.
Background in digital broadcast, or creative agencies preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-territory teams and executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of video, audio, and print formats.
Skills:
