Handle are currently working with a market leading FMCG brand who are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager! This is an 18-month fixed term contract that will manage the FP&A strategy for the UK business, including the annual and monthly forecast processes, reporting, and developing financial insights to inform business plans and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key Business Partner to the Marketing team, advising them on their project spend, contracts, forecasts, investment appraisals, and financial deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders ranging from local budget owners to Directors and Regional and HQ Finance teams.
- Assist with budget reallocations and financial modelling.
- Lead the annual forecasting project, fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.
- Manage the monthly accrual process, ensuring cost-revenue matching and timing accruals.
- Ensure accurate accounting and analysis of marketing costs and revenue against forecasts, with precise balance sheet positions and reconciliations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Have worked in a similar FP&A and finance business partnering role in consumer goods.
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, QBE).
- Experienced in fast-paced environments, proactive in problem-solving, team-oriented, and able to take initiative.
- Analytical self-starter, keen to improve processes, identify risks, and offer alternatives.
- IT proficient, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SAP BI, and Hyperion.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage stakeholders, including leadership.
