Join a busy, fun, friendly, but highly professional payroll team, which delivers a payroll service to brands within the entertainment and creative industries. We are looking for an intelligent, accurate and numerate payroll administrator. The successful applicant will have up-to-date knowledge of UK Payroll regulations and have good payroll knowledge, gained in a busy high volume environment which delivers weekly payroll.
This role provides full administrative & payroll support, within strict timeframes, to ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries for all temporary workers over multiple payrolls and various pay frequencies.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately checking and processing temporary workers timesheets for multiple high volume payrolls over various pay frequencies.
- Checking compliance including passport & visa vetting requirements plus recording bank details, limited company information and invoicing details in the payroll system.
- Updating our CRM database.
- Chasing all outstanding/missing timesheets.
- Providing a timely response to the large volume of payroll inquiries over multiple shared mailboxes.
- Processing elements of payroll, holiday calculations, statutory payroll calculations and entering onto the payroll systems.
- Maintaining the starter and leaver's process β updating tax codes, starter declarations, removal from payroll system, paying accrued holiday balances and issuing of P45s.
- Processing of Umbrella and Ltd Company payrolls and associated invoices.
Ideally have knowledge of Bullhorn and/or In Time and In Pay systems (extensive training will be given on all our payroll systems and databases).
Desired Candidate Profile- Already working in payroll β minimum 6 months.
- A strong relationship-builder. Confident liaising with candidates, consultants and clients as required.
- Accountable in providing correct advice to temporary workers.
- A strong communicator, verbally and in writing.
- A great time manager β able to work to tight deadlines.
- Fixated on detail β and getting it right!
Hours 9am to 5.30pm (some flexibility).
