We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at our manufacturing site in Kingswinford. This role is focused on keeping our equipment and systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You’ll cover both planned preventative maintenance and reactive work, from day-to-day repairs through to fault diagnosis and longer-term improvements across the site.

The Role

You’ll be working across a broad range of equipment and systems, supporting the continuous operation of the site. The role combines hands‑on maintenance with fault finding, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the continuous operation of site machinery and equipment across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC disciplines
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
  • Use internal systems to log maintenance activity, including PUWER risk assessments, and ensure clear communication back to the Production Engineering Manager
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed safely and in line with standards
  • Manage spare parts, including identifying and ordering required components
  • Occasionally manufacture or modify parts as required
  • Provide technical support to supervisors and production teams
  • Work collaboratively across departments to maintain safety and compliance
