About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join Savaria UK (Previously Handicare Accessibility) on a 6-month fixed term contract, with an immediate start, supporting our Shared Service Centre (SSC) function.
In this role, you'll take responsibility for maintaining purchase ledgers across multiple entities and currencies, including the processing of intercompany transactions. You'll manage invoice registration and processing (both PO and non-PO invoices), handle supplier queries, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
You will also play a key role in reconciliation activities, including supplier statements and trade creditor balances, alongside supporting month-end reporting. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across the UK and Europe, so strong communication skills are essential.
This is a fast-paced and varied position where you will manage your own workload while contributing to wider team activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and Purchase-to-Pay projects.
