About the role
You will join us as a Telesales Advisor working for a business that is recognised as a market leader in the card payments industry. We are looking for a talented, target driven sales individual, who is committed to delivering high quality sales over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls (warm leads provided) to new businesses, receiving inbound calls and managing your own caseload. This is a fast-paced target driven environment. This is not a role where you would want to coast on a basic, but a role where you are genuinely rewarded well for the effort you put in.
About you
- You don’t need experience in card payments, however you will have sales experience
- Target driven
- You’ll be able to discuss times when you’ve achieved your goals
- Excellent communication skills - you will be dealing with a range of small to medium size businesses
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Takes ownership of the full sales process
- Able to manage own workload and work unsupervised - support is available but we want you to drive your own success
