Job Introduction

The HR Support department is mainly responsible for running consistent, efficient and effective processes, and ensuring that they are responding to queries quickly and accurately and our processes appear seamless to our employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent and proactive service to all managers and employees within the UK functional departments and Districts, working in an alignment model alongside HR Advisors and HRBP’s.
  • Preparation and coordination of employee documentation including offer letters, contractual changes, leavers, flexible working, etc.
  • Proactively review and suggest process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, to drive a more efficient and automated service.
  • Support with query management analytics to identify areas of improvement and further business training requirements in relation to HR processes.
  • Input and maintain HR databases including iTrent, USID, IDAM and My Development, as well as organisation and auditing of employee HR files.
  • Collate and submit monthly payroll.

Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant generalist HR support experience in a FCA regulated organisation, ideally in retail banking
  • Workday experience is essential
  • Able to manage a significant and critical workload through effective time management and prioritisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, effective working alone or in a team
  • Able to operate and provide support across all HR disciplines
  • Attention to detail
