Intern – Payment Operations – Location: Manchester
Start Date: 29th June
Duration: 10 weeks
Responsibilities
During your internship, you will be working in a small team of financial professionals, accountable for ensuring that all Handelsbanken customer payments are sent and received accurately and branches are provided with a high level of service so they can deliver high-quality customer outcomes. There will be ample scope for you to develop your payment processing knowledge for all types of domestic and cross-border payments. You will have the opportunity to engage with branch colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. You will also identify process improvements in order to create efficiencies for the department and the Branch network.
