Overview: Have the ability to elicit requirements ensuring both vertical and horizontal traceability. Business readiness - Planning and coordinating communications and training to support the project implementation. Manage testing and end-user training, ensuring training materials are developed and shared. Own the Salesforce tickets/incidents raised by the end customers and work with the tech support team for build/resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit requirements with traceability across verticals and horizontals.
- Plan and coordinate business readiness, communications and training to support project implementation.
- Manage testing and end-user training; ensure training materials are developed and shared.
- Own Salesforce tickets/incidents raised by end customers and collaborate with the tech support team for build/resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst.
- Experience in implementing eID&V solutions.
- Experience in Financial Services Cloud and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).
- Experience using tools like Jira and ADO.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning, flows, Salesforce security model and other configuration tools in Salesforce.
- Experience in working for a bank or a financial services institution.
- Salesforce system admin, BA, developer, app builder or OmniStudio developer certification is a plus.
