Now Hiring Spa Manager!
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa.
The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.
Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics
- Membership Conversion –you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients, so they join our Lifestyle Program.
- Revenue –you understand how to drive revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services.
- Recruiting –you are passionate about building a team of passionate spa professionals!
- Operations –you measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience!
Benefits and Compensation
- The salary range is $25-$28/hour, depending on experience.
- Bonuses of up to $10k/year based on the spa's performance.
- One-week PTO for the first year accumulated at 0.77 hours per week , then Two weeks paid vacation after the 2nd year, accumulated at 1.54 hours per week.
- One complimentary Swedish massage or Classic facial service per month.
- All retail products can be purchased at a 30% discount.
- Unsubsidized supplemental insurance through Aflac
- Unsubsidized 401(k)
What you need to succeed in this role
- 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
- Flexible schedule –this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and a weekend day.
