What will the role involve?
- Step into a role where every night brings something new. As one of our Night Porters, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences, whether you’re crafting the perfect late‑night drink at the bar, delivering room service with a smile, manning the reception desk, or setting the scene for the next day’s events.
- You’ll also take ownership of the overnight operation, confidently running the night audit and ensuring everything is balanced and ready for the day ahead.
- Alongside this, you’ll play a key part in keeping our hotel running smoothly, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for both guests and colleagues.
- Collaboration is essential, and you’ll build strong connections with your team, keeping communication flowing across shifts so everything runs effortlessly.
The role is full‑time, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

You’ll bring strong computer skills, confidently navigating hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
