You will maintain exceptional presentation and flavour while guiding a passionate culinary team in a beautiful setting.
The role focuses on mentoring staff, managing operations and costs, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
This is a full time position, with 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota.
