What will the role involve?
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering outstanding drink service in a welcoming and professional environment. With excellent attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, you will prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards, ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked, and maintain consistency in presentation and service. Your friendly and engaging approach will help create memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the bar.
A strong team player, you will work confidently alongside colleagues across the venue, providing excellent customer service and helping uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality and quality service.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours per week, although hours may vary depending on business needs.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
