We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sommelier at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. What will the role involve?The role of a Sommelier at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa involves managing an exceptional wine experience for guests, ensuring the hotel’s wine list reflects both quality and diversity. The sommelier will advise guests and colleagues on wine selections that complement the restaurant’s menus, provide knowledgeable tableside service, and support the dining team with wine training and recommendations. Responsibilities also include maintaining the wine cellar, liaising with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and helping to design wine pairings and special events that enhance the overall guest experience and uphold the hotel’s luxury expectational standards ensuring service, excellence and consistency remain at the heart of everything we do.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

You will have been educated to WSET level 3, with experience of working within a quality driven restaurant environment.
