Location: Based at Office in London with the ability to travel to on‑site meetings to hotels within the collection as required.

Job Type: Full‑time.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Hand Picked Hotels.

Responsibilities

  • Central Marketing Communications – delivering seasonal and F&B campaigns, managing branded materials (menus, brochures, templates), working with our Digital Team to keep web content fresh, and ensuring our hotels have the assets they need.
  • Engagement & Events Marketing – supporting weddings, conferences, and divisional events with targeted campaigns and local activations that drive awareness and bookings.
  • You’ll liaise daily with hotel GMs, Sales & Revenue teams, central functions, and external partners (designers, copywriters, production) to make sure everything lands on time, on brand, and with impact.

Qualifications

  • Current Marketing Management experience within a luxury hospitality brand.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident working with external suppliers (designers, copywriters, production) to deliver assets.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, websites, and social.
  • Excellent attention to detail (copy, design, brand standards).
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders (hotel GMs, central functions).
  • Desirable: Experience in events or engagement marketing.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of CMS/web content management.
  • Desirable: Experience in multi‑site or luxury brand environments.
