What will the role involve?
- As a Porter, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet.
- You’ll welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, offering personalised service and thoughtful recommendations that showcase your knowledge of the hotel and local area.
- You’ll assist with arrivals, luggage, and guest orientation, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they step through the door.
- Strong teamwork and clear communication with all departments are essential, helping deliver seamless service, excellence and consistency of daily activities.

This role is being offered on a full time 40 hours per week contract, working a variety of shifts from April to mid September.

Qualifications
- Active and enthusiastic candidates with a willing attitude and a welcoming and friendly nature.
- Previous experience working in Front office in a luxury four or five star hotel.
- Strong local knowledge is essential, enabling you to offer insightful suggestions about the surrounding area and nearby places of interest.
- Passion, ability to go above and beyond naturally, delivering consistently high standards and attention to all the details.
