We are currently recruiting for a Casual General Assistant for our Braye Beach Hotel, in Alderney, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
About the RoleAs General Assistant your role will involve providing a consistent and flexible level of work across a range of departments within the hotel, combining a mixture of work within F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Reception. Undertaking Duty Management shifts as required. Adopting a flexible approach and assisting in different areas of the hotel as business and guest needs dictate. Thinking ahead to anticipate the unique needs of each guest, using initiative to adapt service to guests' personal needs so they each receive an exceptional, bespoke and magical experience. Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
About youTo be considered for this role you will have previous experience working across all departments of a hotel. You’ll be motivated by keeping this charming Hotel looking her best. You’ll enjoy working with people and building a rapport with your colleagues and guests. Most of all, you’ll have a professional, organised and friendly approach.
