Step into a role where every night brings something new.
As our Night Supervisor, you will lead the overnight operation, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across the hotel while creating memorable guest experiences.
Whether supporting on reception, overseeing food and beverage service, coordinating room service, or preparing the hotel for the day ahead, you will be the senior point of contact throughout the night, providing guidance, support, and leadership to the team.
You will take ownership of the overnight shift, confidently managing the night audit process, balancing daily transactions, and ensuring all operational procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Alongside these responsibilities, you will help maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for both guests and colleagues, responding proactively to any issues and making informed decisions when needed.
Collaboration is at the heart of the role.
You will foster strong relationships across departments, ensuring clear communication between shifts and supporting a seamless handover to the daytime teams.
With a keen eye for detail, a passion for luxury hospitality, and a hands-on approach, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience, no matter the hour.

This is a full-time role working 5 nights out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

- Previous experience in a Night Supervisor, Night Porter, Night Auditor, or similar overnight hotel role is essential.
- Proven ability to confidently manage hotel operations during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and guide colleagues throughout the shift.
- Experience completing night audit procedures and reconciling daily financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and decisive when working independently and responding to unexpected situations.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Experience using hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
