As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the calm, refined atmosphere that defines our award-winning spa, offering guests bespoke treatments and restorative experiences. We are currently recruiting for part-time Spa Therapist at Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. This part-time role is available on a 24-hour contract, working days out of 7. We are looking for Therapists that can be flexible in working any day, especially over the weekends, where the business demands. Shift timings are from 9.45am - 6.15pm or 10.45am - 7.15pm.
About the Role: As a Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities. You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests. Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind. Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
About you: Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is desirable for this role. It is essential you have current UK beauty therapy level 3 Qualifications, and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application. Ideally trained in using Elemis and Comfort Zone product houses. Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation. You will be excellent at building a rapport with guests making them feel at home, relaxed and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity. Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to anticipate our guests' needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience. Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests' needs and create memories.
Company Benefits: A competitive salary package of £14.00 per hour, plus a share of service charge and 10% commission on retail sales. We have a Part-Time role available on a 24-hour contract, working 3 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, which may vary depending on business needs.
