What will the role involve?

As a Linen Porter, you will play a vital role in helping the housekeeping team to create an exceptional first impression of guest rooms and public spaces, we take pride in ensuring they are immaculately presented and cleaned to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll distribute premium towels, linens and toiletries around the hotel and assist in the rooms with stripping and re‑making the beds. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to an unforgettable and memorable guest experience. A true team player, you will work confidently alongside colleagues on the floor, providing excellent service and helping to uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality and quality service. This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
