As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the calm, refined atmosphere that defines our award-winning spa, offering guests bespoke treatments and restorative experiences. You’ll help deliver exceptional dining beneath ornate ceilings, where locally sourced cuisine and carefully curated wines showcase true craftsmanship and care.
What will the role involve? As a Bar Supervisor in our luxury hotel, you will ensure the bar is impeccably presented and maintained to brand standards, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your mixology expertise will be central to the role, enabling you to craft refined cocktails, uphold signature serves, and contribute to a distinctive and memorable drinks offering.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
