Overview
We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to join Hand Picked Hotels on a temporary maternity cover contract.
What will the role involve?
- Central Marketing Communications – delivering seasonal and F&B campaigns, managing branded materials (menus, brochures, templates), working with our Digital Team to keep web content fresh, and ensuring our hotels have the assets they need.
- Engagement & Events Marketing – supporting weddings, conferences, and divisional events with targeted campaigns and local activations that drive awareness and bookings.
You’ll liaise daily with hotel GMs, Sales & Revenue teams, central functions, and external partners (designers, copywriters, production) to make sure everything lands on time, on brand, and with impact.

We are looking for current Marketing Management experience within hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident working with external suppliers (designers, copywriters, production) to deliver assets.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, websites, and social.
- Excellent attention to detail (copy, design, brand standards).
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders (hotel GMs, central functions).
- Experience in events or engagement marketing. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of CMS/web content management. (Desirable)
- Experience in multi‑site or luxury brand environments. (Desirable)
