We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sales & Events Executive to join the team at Crathorne Hall Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What the role involves

You’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences, transforming enquiries into confirmed bookings and guiding each event seamlessly from initial conversation through to a polished handover to our operations team. You’ll build trusted client relationships, bring visions to life, and ensure every occasion is executed with elegance and care. The role is a full‑time position working 4 days out of 7 (32 hours per week) on a rota basis, with flexible working hours accommodated where possible.
