What will the role involve?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead by example in creating an exceptional first impression by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are immaculately cleaned, presented and maintained to the highest standards.

With meticulous attention to detail, you will oversee room inspections, ensure premium towels and toiletries are replenished, and that in-room refreshments, including a curated selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits, are elegantly arranged.

Your commitment to excellence and high standards will help deliver an unforgettable, magical guest experience.

As a confident leader and strong team player, you will support, guide, and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and the continued reputation for luxury and comfort.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 35 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

Flexible working hours can be accommodated wherepossible.
