We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers our guests a luxurious stay, boasting 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. For rest and relaxation, Fawsley Hall is host to one of the Midland’s best destination spas and state-of-the-art wellness and health club facilities.

About the Role

The person we are looking for will enjoy maintaining a clean working environment, being active and working with the Chefs to complete daily and weekly tasks. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team and always be looking for ways to help the smooth running of the kitchen. You may even be considering a career as a Chef in the future and if you do, we will help you to reach your goal. No experience is necessary although it would of course be welcomed, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is most important.

  • You’ll have previous experience in a similar environment and role.
  • You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice.

  • This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 30 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
