About the Role As a Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests.Mindfulness and wellâbeing is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind.Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.About You: Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is desirable for this role.It is essential you have current UK Spa Qualifications, NVQ Level 3, and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application.Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation.You will be excellent at building a rapport with guests making them feel at home, relaxed and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.Company Benefits A competitive salary package of ÂŁ14.00 per hour, plus commission on retail sales.This is a casual hours role, working hours depending on business needs.Opportunity to make lifelong friendships and be part of team that celebrates Diversity and Inclusion.Hand Picked Hotels is an Equal Opportunities employer.
