What will the role involve?
- As a Spa Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of our spa, creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.
- From greeting visitors on arrival to handling phone enquiries and emails, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint—expertly booking treatments and classes to suit each guest’s needs.
- You’ll develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel, spa, and treatments on offer, enabling you to make thoughtful, personalised recommendations that help create truly special and relaxing experiences.
- Maintaining a calm, clean, and beautifully organised environment is key to the role.
- You’ll ensure our spa is always fully stocked and ready to provide the highest standards of comfort and luxury for our guests.
- Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll build strong relationships with your colleagues and communicate clearly across shifts to ensure a seamless guest experience.
This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business. The shifts are as follows: 0600-14:30pm and 12:45pm-21:15pm on the weekdays, 0700-15:30pm and 12:00pm-20:30pm on the weekends. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
