We are recruiting for a Casual Linen Porter at Fawsley Hall Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located within Northamptonshire and offers our guests a luxurious stay, boasting 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. It also hosts one of the Midlands’ best destination spas and state‑of‑the‑art wellness and health club facilities.

About the Role

As a Linen Porter, you will play a vital support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our housekeeping department. You’ll be responsible for the handling, movement, and organisation of linen across the hotel, helping the team deliver a seamless guest experience behind the scenes. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include collecting, sorting, organising, and distributing clean and used linen to the relevant areas of the hotel. You’ll ensure linen stores are well maintained, fully stocked, and that all linen procedures are followed to a high standard. Attention to detail is key – you will have an eye for perfection in making sure the public areas as well as the rooms are immaculate. Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
