We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist on a casual basis at Rhinefield House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Known locally as the 'Jewel in the Forest', Rhinefield House is an award-winning luxury hotel steeped in natural beauty, hidden deep within the New Forest National Park. Rhinefield House is proud to be the only AA four red star hotel in the New Forest. The hotel has 50 bedrooms, including three feature suites, an outdoor pool, a small health suite and a 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant. It is a popular wedding and Afternoon Tea venue with beautiful gardens and grounds.
About the Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities. You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests. You will form part of the Spa team, which will include assisting on reception, welcoming guests and members into the Spa and assisting with any enquiries and making bookings. Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind. Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
About you
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is desirable for this role. It is essential you have current UK Spa Qualifications, NVQ Level 3, and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application. Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation. You will be excellent at building a rapport with guests making them feel at home, relaxed and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity. Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience. Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.
