Rhinefield House is a luxury hotel located in the New Forest National Park, known as an award‑winning AA four‑red‑star property. The Food & Beverage Assistant/Bartender role will support daily service and contribute to the guest experience.
About the Role
- The role involves preparing food and beverage service areas to Hand Picked Hotels standards, ensuring high presentation standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and preparation style.
- Provide accurate product descriptions with recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Work enthusiastically with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain basic knowledge of the wine list and stock availability, understand food and wine matching principles.

About You
- Current base knowledge and experience of food and beverage in a quality‑driven hotel or hospitality environment.
- Enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities.

- High level of emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs and provide a Hand Picked experience.
