We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant at Bailbrook House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Perched above the historic city of Bath, surrounded by 20 acres of private grounds, Bailbrook House isn’t just a breathtaking place to stay, it’s an incredible place to build your career and be part of a close-knit team that values support, creativity, and pride in what we do.

What will the role involve? As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will help create an exceptional first impression by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are immaculately presented and cleaned to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll replenish premium towels and toiletries, and elegantly arrange in-room refreshments, including a curated selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to an unforgettable, magical experience. A true team player, you’ll confidently self-inspect rooms and support colleagues to uphold our reputation for luxury and comfort.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
