Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Machine Embroiderer & E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant with at least 1 year's commercial embroidery experience to join our East London production team.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role combining embroidery production, quality control, order fulfilment, stock management, and e-commerce support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are produced to the highest standard and dispatched accurately and on time. This position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embroidery Production
    • Operating commercial multi-head embroidery machines.
    • Setting up embroidery jobs and loading embroidery files.
    • Hooping garments, patches, caps, and accessories.
    • Monitoring machine performance and production quality.
    • Performing thread changes, tension adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
    • Carrying out routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
    • Completing quality control checks on finished products.
    • Maintaining accurate production records.
    • Supporting efficient workflow across embroidery production schedules.
  • Fulfilment & Dispatch
    • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
    • Preparing shipments for UK and international customers.
    • Ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
    • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
    • Assisting with goods-in and stock organisation.
  • E-Commerce Support
    • Processing online orders.
    • Updating order statuses and production records.
    • Supporting stock control and inventory management.
    • Assisting with customer enquiries where required.
    • Helping maintain product information and online listings across our online platforms.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial embroidery machine operating experience.
  • Experience operating commercial multi-head embroidery machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Wilcom embroidery software.
  • Experience loading and editing embroidery designs.
  • Experience with machine setup, thread changes, tension adjustment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in garment decoration, textile manufacturing, or print production.
  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in fulfilment, packing, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of stock control and inventory management.
