We are seeking an outstanding Head of Programmes (Parental Leave Cover) to lead our team of six Programme Development Managers, ensure excellent programme delivery and grant management, achieve ambitious fundraising targets and oversee strategic initiatives. This will be a fixed term contract for 6 months as Parental Leave cover.

The person we’re looking for will be an excellent leader with a strong track record in managing teams, overseeing complex programme portfolios, building and maintaining relationships with donors and implementing partners, and securing large (7‑figure+) partnerships.
