Hand In Hand International is looking for an outstanding Head of Programmes (Parental Leave Cover) to lead our team of six Programme Development Managers. This role involves ensuring excellent programme delivery and grant management, achieving ambitious fundraising targets, and overseeing strategic initiatives for a fixed term of 6 months.
