As Team Manager, you will lead and develop a team of field-based professionals, ensuring high levels of performance, compliance, customer service and operational efficiency. The team includes Enforcement Agents and Senior Enforcement Agents, making this an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of field-based colleagues.
- Monitor performance against productivity, quality and compliance targets.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Analyse KPI data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage complaints, escalations and operational issues effectively.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Drive a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading and developing teams within field operations, sales, account management, customer service, debt recovery, collections, compliance or another performance-driven environment.
- Experience managing remote or field-based employees would be highly advantageous.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills.
- A proven ability to motivate individuals and improve team performance.
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
