As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via telephone, email, and live chat. You will support customers with enquiries, discuss solutions, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Working within a busy contact centre environment, you will receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and live chat
- Building rapport with customers and providing excellent service
- Negotiating suitable solutions and payment arrangements
- Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and compliantly
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a contact centre, call centre, or customer service environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good computer and administration skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
