A market leader of AI solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join their delivery team. This role is a great opportunity to join within an exciting period of growth, building the processes from the ground up, taking ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle, embedding AI innovation into every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead discovery workshops, user research, and solution design sessions to shape product direction
  • Identify and integrate emerging AI technologies and capabilities into product design and development
  • Collaborate closely with architects and data scientists to validate AI-driven features and new use cases
  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritisation, and trade-offs to maximise customer and business value
  • Oversee delivery, release readiness, and client enablement to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Continuously analyse product performance, market trends, and client feedback to drive optimisation and growth
  • Serve as the external advocate and “voice of the product,” building strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management within technology, AI, or software industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Agile Product Owner or Product Management certification preferred
  • Proven track record in Agile product management, including backlog ownership and roadmap delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with pragmatic delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data and client insights to inform product decisions
  • Passion for AI innovation and the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging technology opportunities
