A leading AI solution provider is seeking an experienced BI Developer to join their growing team. You\'ll be responsible for designing, building and optimising BI and data solutions that\'ll power next gen AI-driven platforms and client analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions using Power BI and Azure data services.
  • Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines, data models, and analytical frameworks.
  • Partner with engineering, delivery, and client teams to architect scalable and efficient BI systems.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and governance across internal and client datasets.
  • Build insightful dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Support AI transformation initiatives through data analysis, telemetry insights, and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and technical estimations.
  • Research and assess emerging BI and AI technologies to drive innovation and enhance data capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence development.
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI, Azure Synapse, and SQL-based data solutions.
  • Skilled in ETL development using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Logic Apps.
  • Deep understanding of data modelling, visualisation, and governance best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for data processing and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled BI environments such as Azure Fabric, Cognitive Services, or OpenAI integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
