A well established SaaS provider is seeking a methodical and process driven individual to join them in the role of Account Executive. If you have experience selling cloud solutions (Azure based) into EMEA, this opportunity could definitely be for you. Whilst there is an element of getting inbound qualified leads, this role requires attention to self-generate opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Embody and actively promote the company's core values in all activities.
- Contribute consistently in direct commercial team meetings and broader product team sessions.
- Participate regularly in sales skills development calls to enhance performance.
- Prepare for and lead sales forecasting discussions, focusing on revenue projections and opportunity progression.
- Engage in ongoing self-learning to deepen expertise in Microsoft Azure, FinOps, and the company's technology.
- Continuously refine your sales territory knowledge, staying current on industry, regional, and account-specific developments.
- Apply the MEDDPPICC framework to thoroughly qualify sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns via messaging and calls, engaging a variety of personas across your assigned territory.
- Lead sales meetings to qualify opportunities, coordinating product demonstrations and technology trials as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in closing sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated background in a structured learning environment with formal training in core sales and business fundamentals.
- Track record of holding multiple sales-related roles, either within one organization or across several companies.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues on initiatives that support company growth.
- Capacity to quickly learn and understand the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem.
- Able to showcase previous performance achievements and metrics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Capable of operating independently and managing responsibilities with minimal oversight.
