As a Dynamics CRM Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering top quality technical support to customers, ensuring problems are resolved in a timely manner. Engaging with stakeholders both internal and external and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of supporting MS Dynamics CRM
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Proven experience working within a technical support role
  • Good understanding of IT implementation and support processes
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and escalating procedures
  • Experience and familiarity with ITIL or any other service management frameworks (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Azure

Fully remote working, however there is a requirement to do client visits as and when required although majority of work is done remotely.
