A leading software provider is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their team. You\’ll be working within an Agile environment and collaborating closely with Developers, Testers and Architects to translate and define requirements, to aid in re-engineering their current products.

Work Type: Hybrid working, 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.

Responsibilties:

You\’ll work closely with Developers, testers and other business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, agreed, and actionable. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Lead sessions with Developers to understand existing system functionality
  • Translate technical requirements into clear business language for stakeholder review
  • Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs to capture needs and ensure alignment
  • Build strong relationshios across technical and business teams
  • Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and supporting documentation
  • Maintain a clear audit of requirement changes and decision in Azure DevOps
  • Partcipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and review sessions

Required Skills & Expereience:

  • Experience having worked for a software house
  • Experience with systems re-engineering, complex system migrations or modernisation projects
  • Experience working closely with technical teams (specifically, Developers, Architects & Testers)
  • Comfortable working within an Agile delivery environment
  • Comfortable using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working with legacy systems and translating existing functionality into modern solutions
  • Exsposure to software development concepts (no coding requireed)
  • Familiarity with workflows in Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of test planning and UAT processes
